Who I am

What information I collect

When you use the contact form I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Like most websites, the site may also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep it secure and working properly.

How I use your information

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver lessons or training, and keep records that I am required to keep. My lawful bases are your consent, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in running my business.

Sharing your information

I do not sell your information. I only share it where needed to provide my service, for example with the DVSA when applying for a Pass Plus certificate, or where the law requires it. My website host stores the site and its data securely on my behalf.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and records of lessons or training for as long as I need them for business, insurance and legal purposes.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to protect the contact form from spam. I do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time.
